This module explores possible solutions, including compassion satisfaction, positive psychology, and cognitive behavioral strategies. Module 2 focuses on gratitude, behavioral activation, positive activity scheduling, and a concrete strategy for putting the research evidence from these approaches to wellness to use in daily life. Module 3 explores reflective supervision, including listening, positive communication skills, and recommendations for putting all these learnings to use in order to improve the well-being of others in the work place.
