Module 2: Moral Injury among Professionals involved in the Child Protection System
This module begins with a discussion of the importance of retention of professionals in child welfare, next the module will discuss the concept of moral injury and the relevance of moral injury among professionals in Child Protective Services. Additionally, this module will include an overview of a current research study and the implications for policy and practice.
Module 3: Recovering from Moral Injury: The perspectives of Professionals and Parents involved with the Child Welfare System
This module describes parents’ and professionals’ perspectives on recovering from moral injury.
