In the fall of 1999, CASCW brought Kathryn Barnard, RN, PhD, University of Washington, and Anne Gearity, MSW, LISW, Adjunct Professor, School of Social Work, University of Minnesota, together with professionals from the community to examine the challenge of infant and toddler mental health. Barnard & Gearity discussed the research, wisdom and experience they have to contribute to this discussion and to open a conversation with the practitioners in the audience.
