This survey is a partnership between the Center for Advanced Studies in Child Welfare (CASCW) at the School of Social Work at the University of Minnesota and the Minnesota Council of Child Caring Agencies (MCCCA). It seeks to help us better understand the experiences of children in private out-of-home placements in Minnesota. What is contained in this report is a side-by-side comparison of data from all residential facilities, group homes, and foster homes.
