This module presents information about the history and significance of Title IV-E as it pertains to child welfare. Both a national and Minnesota view of Title IV-E are clearly presented. Information of interest to child welfare workers and students is offered within the module. Viewers will gain an understanding of how Title IV-E affects child welfare workers and their clients, of the policy implications for current and future services and systems, and of child welfare’s responsibilities and opportunities under Title IV-E.
